submitted a comment to the FAA about proposed rule changes for homebuilt
aircraft IT IS NOT TOO LATE. The deadline is Sept. 30th. Please take
a few minutes to make your voice heard on this very important
issue.

couple of documents outlining the issue and sample letter formats you may want
to use.
