The FAA has recently issued a Letter of Deviation Authority to a friend, Carl Stattin, allowing his Legacy N22YY to be used commercialy for Transition Training. I've flown often with Carl both before my initial HPAT training and afterwards to get recent currency before first flight. He's retired from American Airlines and is a former Navy F-8 and F-4 fighter pilow and has just over 500 hours in N22YY. Falcon insurance (with whom many of us are familiar) have agreed to recognize his endorsement for the flight proficiency. He may be contacted at 619-665-5983, e-mail: carlndelle@san.rr.com and would be glad to help with Legacy training needs. Mark Davis Legacy #162 San Diego, CA
