I made a mold out of dental stone trying to form a lens for the wing tip. I finally gave up trying to get the right shape and decided to go with the standard wing tips. However if I would have them form the lens, if my memory serves me right I think they were going to charge me about $40.00 per set (this was based on an order of ten sets.
