In answer to Jim Thomas' comment that it's incomprehensible how one could get 10% Jet-A contamination, here's one possible way.
I've had two Jet-A contam. incidents in my flying life and in both cases, though I never figured out the exact percentage, it's likely they both could have resulted in 10% (or any other percentage for that matter) as follows.
In the first one, on a fuel stop in Elko, Nevada, my Dakota was refueled from fuel taken from an underground 100LL tank that had had Jet-A dumped into it by the delivery tanker. I never found out how much gas remained in the tank when the Jet-A was added, and my aircraft had about 20 gals remaining when I landed. In any event, I could have had any level of contamination - from 5 to as much as 30%.
The second time was in my LNC2 when I was involved in the Chevron debacle in California back in the '90's. I landed at Sacramento with about 15 gals aboard and had the FBO top off the tanks, so they added about 18 gals (33 gals total in my L-235) of 100LL that had been contaminated with Jet-A at the refinery's distribution center. Again, to my knowlege, it was never determined exactly what the Jet-A percentage was at the various FBO's that were affected but. depending on how much gas was aboard and how much was added, it's easy to see that it would vary from airplane to airplane depending many factors.
In both cases where I was involved, each airplane flew on for several hours to safe landings before the affected pilots were found and notified, when both aircraft were grounded by the FAA. Incidentally, both had Lycoming engines and gave absolutely no indications of trouble in the ensuing flight time, while in the Elko incident, a twin with two Continentals had both fail in less than about one hour - fortunately, directly over Reno airport, where he landed safely.
