Someone converted it to a Word .doc file and it's in the LML archive somewhere. I downloaded it, customized it for my plane, and printed it out at Kinko's for $16.

Does an operators manual exist for the Lancair 320 / 360?  I saw a reference to one in 360 aerobatics.
