All this talk of crashing  landing upside down has me thinking again of whether anyone figured out how to crack a canopy not open but bust it up.  There was some discussion awhile ago about those hammers for glass.  Has anyone actually tried it out on a canopy?    As an aside. I am building a baggage door in the back like Doug Brunner's.  It opens out and I think if motivated, I could climb out it if I were upside down.  Another way to egress.
