I was up there in January, and I talked to a couple of people.  They said they
were ready to deliver, but I don't know if they did.  I also heard that they
got assigned an FAAer who is used to working with Boeing, and he is a stickler,
which might explain why the (ES copy) Cirrus is flowing out the door and the
Columbia isn't.
