 I noticed when plumbing by dual brakes that the cylinder plunger was
restricted from extending fully, so I removed and relieved the lug to allow
full extension ... but it never occurred to me that this interference could
cause brake lockup.  I'll dou ble check they're now completely free.  Thanks.
