I too looked at Subaru engines at Oshkosh in '98. Following up later with Eggenfellner Aircraft, I discovered he had a complete firewall forward installation setup for Richard Dickey in the Dallas area. In checking his website recently (subaruaircraft.com) I found no mention of the project. His revised site does considerable work with the Skystar aircraft. A quick e-mail (and a very quick response) and I was informed that Mr. Dickey's son side-tracked him into another investment requiring his time and $$. The site showed a complete firewall forward package for a 320/360 with mods to cowling. You may be able to purchase an engine mount ONLY from him and possibly Jan Eggenfellner may have pix and info which he can provide.
