Yes Larry! Brakes will lock with dual
controls, when both pedals are pushed at the same time. Happened to me a
couple of times. There was some kind of fix, changing the rt brake cylinders to
keep the checks open. Don't remember that it was very successful???
Of course the immediate fix was to bleed the locked
brake at the wheel.
