Which specifications have been exceeded?
Speed?
Range?
Climb Rate?

Weight?
Fuel consumption?
Cost?

That's quite a difference between the clean stall (79 kts) and
dirty stall speeds (61 kts).

CLdirty / CLclean = 1.67

Those are pretty effective flaps.
