I recently had reason to contact
Vision/JPI and spoke with one of the tech support gentleman still familiar with
the vision system. With their assisstance I opened the DPU figured out the bad
resistor and replaced it, works good. I think I had to leave a message but had a
return call within 24 hours or less. Overall it was a very satisfactory
experience. Just my 2 cents. Kai
