Good questions and certainly valid comments in my humble opinion.  In my
dental business, I've learned that the highest quality equipment is what
works best and gives a higher quality result more easily for me.  I don't
make my living with shop tools and for some reason, I find that the cheap
air tools etc I buy from HF usually are adequate for a one time project like
my IVP.  Some of them I throw away or just dont' use.  Don't have a clue
about the accuracy of these torque wrenches, but it would be interesting to
have them calibrated and evaluated wouldn't it?  I'm also wondering since
the manual never addresses torquing, if it's that critical???  If the only
purpose of the wrench is to avoid gross overtorquing as John suggests, is a
cheap tool adequate?  Food for thought.
