The problem isn't occuring during static tests. Its occuring at high airspeeds in flight. The door is being sucked or pulled open.

Just to let all out-back 320/360 folks know, my arrangement, build per drawings works great and is tight all around. I have been retracting and extending my gear system for a year now in the garage 4 to 6 times a week on the jacks with no glitch. During the set-up period I noticed that sequence valve had to be positively and fully open to get good performance. Partially engaged sequence valve caused my inner door(s) to give partial close and/or close with no pressure up top.

My only problem was with reversed spool, which thanks to good LML members was identified and fixed early after I poured red fluid in.

I was so frustrated with the inner doors not fitting that I took them off!!!!  No appreciable loss of speed and a lot less to go wrong.  Problem solved.
