Subject: [LML] Flexible hose assemblies

Another post asking about a source for SS hose assemblies prompted me to seek help as well. I replaced the Nylaflow tubing in the gear legs of my IV-P with stainless braid-coated tubing. Installation was pretty straightforward until I got to the connection part. Basic problem is that the stainless tubing will tolerate much less twist than the old Nylaflow and I am concerned about the significant twist imposed on the line when the gear is extended/retracted. I have tried rerouting and relocating the mounting and connection points with little improvement. I found connectors with built in swivel capability for lines as small as 3/8", but none smaller. Are such connectors made for ¼" (-4) lines? If so, does anyone have a source? Other suggestions?

Thanks,

Bob
