I = know that you are to add 4 lbs. to the counter arm and two half round to = the lower leading edge but were does this put the balance. On my fist = plane I balance the rudder to 100% but is this extra weight that may = not be needed? I thought that I read somewhere that only 80% was = required on the rudder and 100% on the rest.
