Unlees your tie down ring is something fancy you can buy them at a good hardware store.  They are standard lifting eyes for lifting electric motors and other machinery.

A few months ago the line service broke my aft tiedown ring on my Lancair 320.  The factory no longer stocks these items.  Does someone have a tiedown ring they would like to sell me?  The aft tiedown ring is longer than the two wing tiedown rings.
