Don't underrate our ability to rise to a challenge. I think -- stick 'em right into a Cirrus, with a Cirrus-rated = instructor, and=20 they'll be fine. But not with a Cessna 152 instructor. Your're forgetting that these kids were = young,=20 carefully screened and had some of the best instructors in the = world. =20 There was also a war on and if someone didn't make the grade we just = took them=20 out back and shot them.
