At the longerons, does your canopy have a lip either on the inside or outside to trap it to the longeron? At the rollover, I've scrapped the thought of sealing on the top surface of the rollover due to the shear at the sides and am heading in the direction of sealing against the forward face of the rollover. Doug at Lancair says he is having good luck with this and is using hardware store foam weatherstrip in this area.
