I didn't get the impression that Jim Frantz was hawking his or others' hardware, only offering an alternative opinion. I know I recently struggled with what to do regarding the stack for my ES. If anything there are too many possibilities, which brings us back to space and budget part of the equation. I did, by the way purchase an AOA from Jim's company which is being installed now.
