Angier, What you're asking for here is not so simple a task. It would involve the construction a voice operated relay (VOX) that would also switch all the headsets from stereo (music source) to mono (com radio) when it detected a signal from the com. I would highly recommend one of the many available intercoms which have this function built in. It will save you considerable amount of time and effort. I use the Flightcom 403 in my LNC2 available from places such as http://www.gulf-coast-avionics.com/. If price is an issues, http://www.rst-engr.com/ has a kit intercom with an AUX music input but I'm not sure if it is stereo. Hope this helps.
