     Used to fly in the SoCal Basin, LGB was my favorite, easy ILS, tower has radar (or used to) the North Rwy 25L has very little traffic, but is a little harder to find visually,since 25R has Signal Hill for a VFR downwind.  AeroExec FBO, Kathy and Ray are really good people and reasonable, they are on the South side towards the West end of 25L   Ray is an old time mechanic,hope he is still there.. No they are not relatives, they just act like it...
      Got a noise reminder at Torrance, they've got fairly strict noise restraints and are quite a ways from Long Beach time wise  Ditto Skips comments on SNA.... LA Freeways are a joke at AM or PM rush hours.  Regards  Don Skeele
