As wide as the flat spot on the cylinder fins,
about 1" high and located just below the flat spot.
You want a little roof on it pointing DOWN to catch
the airflow which is up right there.
Would someone please give me the size and
location of the slot that is being cut in the baffling in front
of the #5 cylinder on the TSIO 550? I currently have the alternator
off and this would be an ideal time to make the opening to cool the #5
cylinder.
