  I don't know about FBO's at LGB and TOA, but you're gonna get gouged if you park at any of the FBO's in SNA.  They'll hit you with steep overnight parking fees unless you buy some of their outrageously expensive avgas.
  Also, keep in mind SNA and LGB have commercial traffic where TOA doesn't. It's all GA.  I flew into TOA once and they had a large transient parking area there, so that might be a better option and it's closer to Long Beach than SNA is.
  The marine layer is hit and miss this time of year, but if it's present, it usually burns off by late morning.
