I offer - after 2.5 years flying 360ML:

I am a "long legged" 6'2", 200#, and I fit just fine.
I knew, of course, my long legs would create a problem, so I did several
things to improve the situation.

To move my butt back as far as possible:
1. Built the seat back as far aft as possible.
2. Raised the back of the seat pan about 2.5 inches.  Also makes for better
view over the instrument panel. (Head still clears canopy by 2-3 inches.) 
3. Used 2" of Temperfoam on seat back, and 3" for bottom cushion.

I was concerned about knee clearance, so the installation of the instrument
panel was left until after "seating arrangement" was complete.

Adjustable rudder pedals were modified with an additional adjustment hole
to move as far forward as possible.

If I were to do it again, I would make the floor lower - not much lateral
room is needed for the feet, and it would give another 1/2" effective
legroom, plus improve ingress and egress. (The bottom of the instrument
hurts the shins.)
