Why would you want to do this? If you adjust a small tab for cruise, (assuming it's even needed) you'll never need to adjust it again. Sure, you'll have to step on the rudder a bit during take-off and climb, but if you set up for cruise, you'll never touch the rudder for 95% of your flying. The two place Lancairs are definitely feet-on-the-floor airplanes during almost all of the cruise phase. Adding an adjustable rudder tab is tantamount to gilding the lily (in my humble opinion, justified by 500+ hours in a straight 235).
