Crotch Belts for LNC2

I have just installed the 5th point to a 5-point harness in my LNC2.
They work great and now I can keep my butt planted in the seat regardless of what gravity is trying to do about it.
To get
the belts made, I had to order 6 sets, so I have 5 sets available for sale. They will cost $50 per set of 2 belts plus shipping. These were made by one of the major aircraft belt companies, Davis Aircraft Products.
The belts will only work if you have a particular syle of hardware. The end fitting of the new belt is identical to my existing shoulder harness end shown below and of course also fits onto the male part of the seat belt the same way as the existing shoulder harnesses. I had first verified that three of these fittings will go on at the same time. The seat belt end is shown in the second photo. The dimensions of these parts are in the crude drawing below.
Below is what the finished installation looks like. An aluminum strip is first bent to the correct angle to point so that the belt is in a straight line from the floor to the lap. This is glassed (10 bid) to the floor. The end is attached with an AN3-7A and passes through a slot in the seat pan (make it big engough for the whole belt to pass through during maintenance). You can just see the top of the aluminum angle in the second photo. They are adjustable in length in two places, at the bottom and with the pull adjuster between the seat pan and the lap. Fully extended they are about 14" and will go down to about 9"
When I am in the seat, the crotch belt comes straight to the lap attach point and does not pull on the seat pan or the seat cushion.
Anyway, if you have similar belts now and are interested, contact me off list. First come, first served.
