The double switch thing is a thought,
neither Gary nor I have it on our ES's. I don't know how you'd do
this on an Infinity grip. On the airliners I fly, there are two
side-by-side switches in a small housing on the top of the control yoke.
You can easily push them both down with your thumb. If they don't both go
in the same direction simultaneously, the trim doesn't
move.
