FYI, for any ES/IV folks interested.  DH sells the lines in standard lengths 1’, 2’, 3’, 4’ etc.  Apparently they will also make custom lengths.  I bought std 3’ for between the right an left side pedals and 2’ for the other pedal connections.  These seem to work fine.  Attached is a photo with the 3’ lines installed.

F-3727-36 for between the right and left pedals (AN4 ends - 36” length)

F-3737-24 from the pedals to the brake value/lines (AN4 ends - 24” length)
