Kevin,
Thanks again for all of your effort.
One thing to keep in mind though what another Lancair builder posted ( I forgot who) and that is the DH lines seemed to be very reasonable if one ordered already made lengths as opposed to a "custom" length.
One final question if you know - the common thread was that the DH lines were great but the fitting could not fit past the gear trunion to the brake.  It was easier to us Stainless in the gear leg itself because it could be swaged after it passed the gear trunion on the way down the gear leg.
Do you know if that is available from Lancair?
Thanks
Craig Blitzer

Regarding the DH Line sets:

IV owners: Pat Cohenour, Bill George, Craig B., Bill Harrelson & Bill Edwards

Legacy owners: Dan Ballin and Ken Rice

235 owner Bob Mackey

I just spoke to Tim Ong at Lancair, he spoke to DH lines, and said they would not give Lancair Parts a discount on the line sets at the quantities we have,
and therefor they would like us to order them directly from DH.
Tim did say that he has an ES and the lines are similar to the IV & IV-P and that he would measure them and give us the measurements.
However the rear lines are all different, depending on what location one adapts from metal to flexible lines. So to be sure one should measure them themselves.
As for the new builders, he suggested using the Nylaflow lines as templates to get the exact measurements and then order the lines from there. The fittings are the standard straight # 4's.

Sorry I was not able to put this all together. If we want the DH lines we are going to have to roll up our sleeves on this one.
