one note on the IVP installation - maybe someone
has solved this already:
The line fitting on the gear leg points outward
from the hub so that when retracted it's pointing up and when extended it's
pointing down. On my installation the radius of the line when the
gear is extended is tighter than I would like. It might do
better with a spring wrapped around it where it attaches to the gear
leg.
