Kev, I'm not talking about troubleshooting a few problems with an airplane. I'm talking about collaborating with someone less than expert to come up with an important document. This is an extreme example, but to me it's like putting a bunch of monkeys in a room and expect them to come up with the works of Shakespeare. I mean really, we're just a bunch of pilots. We aren't necessarily experts. Be careful with what you think you know, that's all I'm saying. My whole premise is that group think isn't necessarily the right think.
