 The increased pressure kept the fuel from vaporizing. To prevent vapor lock
 you have to lower the temperature and/or increase the pressure on the fuel.
 Increased pressure will not push vapor, it will force it back into a fluid
 state, if the pressure was above the vapor point of the fuel.
