Try any autowrecker's yard, John; I'm sure you'll find something to taste,
 and probably in good condition.

The interior type from an older Toyota should match.  If you want
soft-surface, try an American car.  For the exterior, there are many from
'50s & '60s vintage in chrome or stainless steel that are sleeker (less
drag) but just as strong as the ones in your pictures.

If you want new, check out a boating store: many boats--sail & power--have
 such grab handles.
