I'm about to install Whelen recognition lights into the leading edges of my wings within about 6" from the wingtips. (Just inboard of the wingtip ribs)
Have any of you created plexiglas lenses to fit into your wing leading edges? I'm looking for a solution to forming the plexiglas. Any thoughts as to lens thickness, constructing a mould, etc.?
