I'm about to start construction of my flaps. It's been a while since I read
that part  of the manual but I believe that with my kit #373 delivered in Jan
'95, the fully faired in flap retracted position is actually 7 degrees reflex.
I suppose I ought to go and get yet another can of beer and confirm this.
