Can anyone recommend what tools I need for sanding and blocking.

Do I make up long blocks with metal or wood or hard rubber?

Do I use Permagrit or sand paper with a sticky back?

What sizes and shaped should the Blocks be?

What grit numbers do I use?

Techniques?
