I like Larry's Nevada Corp plan and how there is an undocumented trail of
ownership. The aspect that I don't understand is this; planes cannot be
found negligent, but pilots in command can, so how does this plan protect
you from a personal judgment on a liability for negligence claim? My
insurance strategy is similar to Larry's but I have liability insurance
instead of the Nevada Corp.
General Apology: I am not a lawyer, I have never wanted to be a lawyer, but
from time to time life requires that I "think" like a lawyer. It is a side
of me that I am not proud of and prefer not to air in public. I am sorry you
