 For the Legacy, according to the most recent manual I have, the firewall bolt
specs are:
 AN4 bolts 4.17 - 5.83 ft-lbs (50.04 - 69.96 in-lbs).  AN7 bolts 37.5 - 41.2
ft-lbs (450 - 494.4 in-lbs).
 While the manual lists the torque for the Lycoming 540 and Continental 550 on
different pages the specs are the same.  I'd recommend using a 1 foot wrench.
 Getting nearly 500 lbs onto a 1 inch wrench could be pretty tough :-)
