I just picked up the new Sport Aviation with the gorgeous Lockheed on the

cover and began skimming it.

On page 116 there is an introductory article on the legal risks of selling

your homebuilt aircraft.  There have been discussions of this topic on LML

and this might be a great way for all of us to educate ourselves a bit.

It's the first in a series and seems to offer hope for those nervous about

selling and directions concerning risk management for those contemplating a

sale.
