C.F. Taylor's "The Internal-Combustion Engine in Theory and Practice", Second Edition, Vol. 1, Has charts showing moisture content of the air, Fig. 3-1, p. 41, and Fig. 12-6, p. 431, "Effect of humidity on indicated performance: carbureted spark-ignition engine with constant inlet pressure and temperature, constant spark timing, constant carburetor adjustment, no detonation." (Italics theirs). At h=0.06 lbm vapor/lbm air, which would be off-the-chart kind of humidity, the loss in performance is about 5.6% at a very rich A-F mixture, 9:1, about 3.7% at best power, 12.7:1, and 1% for a lean 15.9:1. That would give 1.8%, 1.5%, and 1%, loss of speed, respectively. At 70 deg. 60% humidity, h=.01, power loss is about 0.5% or less.
