 Steve,
 I purchased the "fancy mask with mic installed" from MH and found the
 mic was not compatible with my PS7000B audio panel.  MH was supposed to
 evaluate additional mics and come up with more options.  But I haven't
 heard from them.  Make sure you talk with MH about which audio panel you
 are using before making the investment.
