Dear Mr. Eakman,
Although I'm not saying it can't be done, I think a 24'x24' space is
going to be mighty crowded for building an ES. The fuselage is 25' long, so
it will only fit diagonally, and when both wings are on, the span is 35'5"
or so. There are several times during construction when you need to have
the wings on, and you need to figure on maybe 6' extra on each end to allow
for the spar length when you fit them in and out of the shear box. As far
as tables, cradles, etc., why don't you get Lancair to ship you the manuals,
and especially the blueprint set, right now? It'l take you a good while to
get your worktables and cradles built, so you may as well get a jump on it.
