We are in the process of having new product built to replace our inventory
that is almost depleted.  We are finding that costs of materials and labor
has increased significantly.  We will offer what's left of our current
inventory at the old price of $130 per four foot length through the end of
September, 2006.  After that, prices will increase to $160 per four foot
hinge.  Unless cost of materials levels off or maybe even decreases in the
next few months, we fear we may need to raise prices again in the next few
months.

policies will be explained on the website prior to the end of September.
