Hi Hal:

Several years ago, Lancair suggested replacing the O-ring seals in the fuel selector valve in the L-IV because of the tight fit problem.  I did replace them and havent had any problem since (altho I havent done much actual flying in the last 3 years).  Regards, Bill Hogarty
