Mr Douglas,

There seems to be a runaway punctuation problem with your computer.  I've
seen this in a few other cases.  I suggest first checking the keyboard and
connectors.  You can perform the test by just typing a few sentences and
then proofing the text (not too hard, even for a novice).

If the keyboard is fine, it may be an operational or training issue.  You
may want to check the Carbon Unit.  Reference the following links:
