The two big positives are waas now and victor airway routing instead of = having to insert every way point. The negatives (IMO) are busier user interface, less general hardware = interface, and I'm not sure where Garmin is going with it since it was = a UPS product. After trying the sim I decided to stick with the 530. Not sure how I = will feel about that after some long cross countries but my biggest = concern would be Garmin plans. If I were building a panel right at the = moment I would put in a used 530 and an mx200. That way I won't feel = too bad when Garmin makes both the 480 and 530 obsolete.
