Another common misconception. Litigation explosion.
The number of jury trials each year in civil cases in the federal courts
in my state is at an historic low compared to the 1960s, 1970s and
1980s.
Same for the state courts.
There is no litigation explosion of cases being tried in our
courthouses. Just the opposite.
Some federal district courts are at serious risk of losing a judge's
seat, or more.
