Dunno if your post was in reply, however my flap toggle is spring loaded
DOWN, and latched UP. I have just found it is easy to knock the switch to
the latched UP position, and then extending the flaps in the CCT sometimes
find they immediately retract. AND I was just wonderin' if anyone has the
toggles spring loaded in both directions.
