Dom,

There are the haves? and the have knots.

Avast ye, mon ami!  We may be stuck with airplane parts denoted in French noms de plume, with seafaring navigation light identities (Aye mates, port is a red wine - green for the starboard retch) and a worldwide standard for speeds below meaningful Mach - the universal KNOT.  Let's all come about now!

Dom, ye have toppled the tower of babble, slicing thru the geophysically biased double-talk to pierce the Gordian Knot. Not that knots were knitted nightly tightly to defeat the confusion where the noted standard speed/distance knot was mistaken for a sweater stitch.  Huh?

A knot is just a minute.
Also, it is the tie that binds.

It is scattered about the outer ring on my ASI.
